Ensign-Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company is seeking talented college students to join our 2027 summer internship program. Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide real-world and hands-on experience in areas that interest you! As an intern, you will collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and change the way we do business.

Contracts Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting contract administration and compliance through:

Reviewing new customer contracts and contract modifications alongside Contracts staff

Uploading contract awards and supporting documentation into EBAD’s ERP system, IFS

Assisting with the creation and maintenance of customer orders within IFS

Reviewing contract modifications to help identify and document changes

Supporting the review of customer Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Proprietary Information Exchange Agreements (PIEAs), including agreements requiring renewal or termination

Assisting with the closeout of completed contracts and coordinating required review activities

Organizing and maintaining contract documentation and records

Supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives, including reviewing and updating procedures for Contract Administration and Contract Compliance

Qualified candidates will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree with Junior standing at the time of application, preferably in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
