We are seeking a skilledServiceNow Developerto design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, follow best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
- Customize ServiceNow applications usingBusiness Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such asÏTSM,CSM,APO,MCO,FinanceManagement,Employee Centre.
- Build and supportintegrationsusing REST, SOAP, MID Server, andIntegrationHub
- Create and manageworkflows,FlowDesingerandETL,Integration Hub,DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors,tranformation
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-onServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience withJavaScript,REST/SOAPAPIsand integrations
- (server-side and client-side)
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience with (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle,Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc)
- Familiarity withCMDB andITSM
- Experience withotherApplication would be plus likeITOM, HRSD.
- Understanding ofACLs, roles, and security best practices
Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments

ServiceNow certifications such as
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Module-specific certifications (CSM,ITSM,MCOetc.)
Experience withServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
Knowledge ofUI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration
Exposure toDevOps, CI/CD, and ATF (Automated Test Framework)
