Senior Manager, People Analytics and AI Solutions

[What the role is]

We are looking for an experienced People Analytics and AI Solutions professional to spearhead the HR reporting and people analytics function within the Human Resource department. You will transform how URA uses workforce data, drive automation, and promote AI adoption to make smarter workforce decisions and more effective HR operations. This includes end-to-end HR data extraction and management from Workday, and ensuring that data pipelines, reporting logic, and dashboards are reliable, accurate, clearly documented, and fit for purpose.

Working across Workday, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and automation tools, the role will embed data, AI, and process improvements into HR operations. The incumbent will champion digitalisation and AI adoption within HR, and serve as a key coordination point to strengthen data governance, reporting consistency, and evidence-based decision-making.

This role is suited for a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional who combines strong HR functional knowledge with hands-on technical capability in Workday, Excel, Python or R, Power Automate, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

[What you will be working on]

HR Reporting, Analytics & Governance

• Manage end-to-end HR reporting and analytics, including management reporting, workforce dashboards, statutory submissions, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Coordinate across stakeholders on reporting template updates and logic changes, ensuring seamless implementation without operational disruption.
• Lead the extraction, validation, and management of HR data from Workday, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support workforce planning and management decision-making.
• Provide actionable workforce insights and translate complex data into clear recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with audit, governance, and reporting requirements.
