[What the role is]
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team.
You will manage a broad range of HR functions spanning talent acquisition, contract and employment lifecycle administration, and HR compliance. This includes partnering with hiring managers and Reporting Officers (ROs) to attract, assess, and onboard talent, as well as ensuring the accurate and timely processing/handling of contracts and Code of Conduct matters.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in meticulous documentation, and communicates proactively with stakeholders at all levels. You will also play an active role in keeping policies and processes current and effective.
[What you will be working on]
Recruitment and Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end hiring for full-time, project, and intern in collaboration with the team, manage pre-employment checks across a wide range of personnel categories, and support the orientation programme for new hires.
Support the review and update of recruitment-related policies and process to ensure they remain operationally effective.
