Who are we looking for?

Responsible for the overall mission and activities of the Global GDAC support network

What will you be doing?

Aligning the GDAC mission and activities with the company’s strategic business objectives

Communication of GDAC responsibilities to internal GDAC group members and external groups including commercial and tech service

Management of GDAC personnel

Setting personal professional expectations for individuals

Establish and maintain professional quality reporting

Managing professional development, promotion, and career development of team members

Managing headcount and skillsets to attain company strategic objectives

Management of GDAC facilities to maintain optimal performance to “critical to quality requirements”

With the GDAC Leaders

Maintain current equipment/instruments in optimal condition through periodic health checks and prioritize replacements for the Capex process

Upgrade equipment to current state of the art

Add equipment when necessary to meet increasing workload demands and new technology opportunities

Address needs in a timely manner
