Responsabilités

• Piloter et faire grandir votre équipe : Vous managez des ingénieurs et techniciens en automatisme et vision industrielle
• Management : vous définissez, alignez et validez les objectifs individuels en accord avec les objectifs de l’entreprise;
• Coordination d’activités : vous orchestrez les activités dans le périmètre dont vous avez la responsabilité, tant pour le maintien en condition opérationnelle des lignes de production que pour les initiatives d’amélioration continue et projets
• Organiser les ressources pour sécuriser la performance : Vous vous assurez que les compétences dans votre équipe sont maintenues et suffisantes pour assurer les missions qui vous sont assignéesdans le respect des standards qualité et sécurité
• Participer aux instances de gouvernance de votre périmètre : vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les gouvernances du site et les autres services de l’Engineering ;
• Transformation : vous participez aux initiatives de modernisation et de digitalisation du site

Profil recherché / Connaissances requises

Formation : Bac+5 type École d’ingénieurs (automatisme, génie industriel ou équivalent) ;

Expérience : management d’équipes engineering ou automation de 2 à 3 ans minimum, acquise dans l’industrie (idéalement en environnement pharmaceutique / GMP) ;

Compétences techniques : solide culture de l’automatisme industriel et de leur mise en application dans un environnement industriel normé

Savoir-être : leadership, sens de l’arbitrage, calme et réactivité sous pression, goût du terrain et du travail en équipe ;

Anglais : Niveau B2 requis.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

€59 530 - €87 320

Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
