  • Shape and execute pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies that support sustainable patient access and business objectives.
  • Lead reimbursement and pricing processes with national health insurance funds, reimbursement authorities and other relevant stakeholders, including negotiation and re-negotiation strategies.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality and compliant reimbursement applications and pricing submissions through strong cross-functional collaboration.

Corporate Affairs & External Engagement

You will

  • Define and drive the Corporate Affairs strategy for the Baltics, aligned with business priorities, patient access objectives and the evolving external environment.
  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with government officials, healthcare policymakers, healthcare budget holders, patient organizations and other influential external stakeholders.
  • Lead environment-shaping and advocacy initiatives designed to advance healthcare-system priorities and improve patient access.
  • Build and mobilize external coalitions and stakeholder networks, including multi-stakeholder alliances, parliamentary groups, patient advocacy partnerships and relevant scientific organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for meaningful collaboration with patient organizations, scientific associations, professional societies and other influence groups.
  • Partner with Medical on relevant scientific and expert engagements, including Advisory Boards, and strengthen meaningful engagement with patients and patient organizations.
  • Translate company, therapeutic-area, PRA and business priorities into compelling healthcare policy and advocacy strategies.
  • Ensure commercial and launch plans are supported by robust Corporate Affairs strategies and tactics linked to access and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute external communication strategies with relevant partners to enhance awareness of the company’s scientific contribution, innovation and impact on patient care, in full compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Strategically leverage participation in trade and industry associations across the Baltic states.
  • Collaborate closely across the Baltic organization and the broader cluster to ensure strong alignment between PRA, Corporate Affairs, Medical and Commercial strategies.
