JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of one (1) year of related office experience
- Knowledge of Elkhart County courts system and operations, including laws and legal terminology, administrative regulations, and official court policies and practices
- Knowledge of standard English grammar, spelling, punctuation and ability to type with speed and accuracy; ability to prepare pleadings, petitions, and related correspondence
