- 1.Implement supplier partnership programs that provided competitive advantage while ensuring premium quality supply and a reduction of total system costs.
- 2.Govern the execution of strategy for integrating sourcing into overall supply chain management.
- 3.Deploy the cost saving tools & techniques like Volume Bundling, Global Sourcing, increase on LCC spend, challenger supplier development
