Alongside this transformation, we must continue to support and maintain our current platform, ensuring continuity and accuracy while carefully managing complex and business-critical data, processes, and structures. This creates a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact programme, helping to protect and evolve our billing capability while transitioning to a modern, future-ready solution.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, a structured approach, and the ability to work effectively across both technical and business teams.

This position is ideal for someone with QA, testing, or system validation experience who enjoys working in fast-paced transformation environments and wants to contribute directly to the successful delivery of high-quality systems and business processes.
