- To perform transaction processing activities in relation to liability booking while ensuring transactions are processed in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and ensure completeness of documents received for processing from various suppliers.
- Process transactions as per Service Level Agreements.
- Record transactions accurately in line with agreed processes and ensure timely update of process tracking register.
- Escalate discrepancies and instances of non-compliance with Service Level Agreement to the Commercial Manager.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the Group’s policy.
- Perform month-end closing activities as applicable / assigned.
- Ensure compliance with action plans agreed from qualitative and quantitative audit feedback.
Education/Certification and Continued Education
- Commerce Graduate
Years of Experience
- 2+ years of Accounts Payables relevant experience
