LAS Sales Manager JD Job Title: Sales Manager – LAS Grade: M2 / M3 Location: Mumbai Department: Loan Against Shares Job Role- ➢ Relationship management with Branch Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth teams across different levels, from top management to middle management. ➢ Develop and operationalize sales plans to achieve volume, SOH, and market share targets. ➢ Manage existing portfolio and ensure customer retention. ➢ Drive unilateral growth by acquiring new customers. ➢ Training and development of Branch, Private, Wealth, and external channel teams. ➢ End-to-end processing of cases and regular status updates to customers and sourcing channels. ➢ Recruit and provide training to DOs. ➢ Develop relationships and liaise with internal cross-functional stakeholders such as Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations. ➢ Ensure compliance with bank audits, statutory norms, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements- ➢ Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience. ➢ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. ➢ Influencing skills to drive business with both internal and external channel partners. ➢ Knowledge of banking products is preferred.
