Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Capital Market Operations processes including Equities, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, and Depository Operations.
- Ensure accurate processing and settlement of trades within defined TATs and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor daily operational activities, reconciliations, and exception handling.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, exchanges, depositories, custodians, and regulatory bodies for seamless transaction processing.
- Review and ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, Depository, and internal audit requirements.
- Analyze operational risks and implement controls to mitigate potential gaps.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for management review.
- Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing operational risk.
- Handle customer and business escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory inspections.
