- Handle the Mashreq Securities related activities as per laid down procedures and
- ensure that there is no operational loss.
- Timely submission of MIS to the stakeholders
- Check Corporate Actions relates to DFM / ADX / NASDAQ markets along with GCC
- related markets and update the same in the Trading system.
- Apply in the market for Investor numbers for customers
- Financial posting in the core system
- Handle Customer queries and resolve them
- Prepare trade confirmation and send to the customers
- Reconciliation of customer portfolio as per agreed intervals and investigations in case
of any exception
- Report HO trades done through Mashreq Securities to CAD for booking the same in
HO books
Graduate from a recognized University.
- Experience of 2 years in a brokerage house of medium-sized entity.
- Computer literate.
- Good command over spoken and written English.
- Due to nature of job, candidates with command on Arabic language will be preferred.
