We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Economic Crime AI programme, leading technology-enabled change from initiation through to operational implementation and benefits realisation. You will bring together business, operational and technology teams across the UK, working closely with our delivery partners in India to create shared clarity, maintain momentum and deliver measurable outcomes.
We are looking for a Project Manager who combines strong delivery discipline with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, bringing structure to complex situations, constructively challenging where required and remaining calm and credible under pressure.
You will need a strong understanding of business and operational change, alongside the ability to work confidently with technology teams. You will translate technical delivery into clear operational impacts, readiness and implementation plans, while maintaining robust governance and actively managing risks, issues and dependencies. Your focus will be on delivering safe, well-controlled AI change that supports our strategy and improves outcomes for customers and colleagues.
As Project Manager for AI Delivery, you will manage end-to-end projects across our Economic Crime AI portfolio. You will coordinate business readiness, operational implementation and technology delivery, ensuring that scope, outcomes, milestones, dependencies, decisions and accountabilities are clearly understood.
You will build trusted relationships across a geographically dispersed team, working with stakeholders in the UK and our partners in India. Acting as the connection between operational and technology teams, you will translate complex delivery activity into clear business impacts, implementation requirements and decisions.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change and information will not always be complete. You will bring structure and direction to ambiguous situations, communicate clearly with different audiences and constructively challenge plans, assumptions and decisions where these could affect successful delivery. You will maintain momentum without compromising governance or control, escalating concerns early and presenting clear, evidence-based options and recommendations to programme and senior governance forums.
We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.
The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 30 and 35 hours.
This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.
