Position Overview

Are you a people-focused professional who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a bilingual Staffing Assistant to join our team in Corona, CA. You will support a busy staffing operation specializing in light industrial recruiting and direct placement opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in applicants, employees, and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding efforts.
• Conduct orientations, I-9 verification, and new-hire paperwork.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Support payroll, workers compensation, unemployment, and branch administration.
• Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume recruiting environment.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Previous staffing, recruiting, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $25.00. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
