Your impact, with us We are currently have an opportunity for a Head of Specialist Network Development to join our team in our North Sydney office. As our highly valued Head of Specialist Network Development, you’ll be accountable for the strategic development and growth of our Dr network.

You will be responsible for matching qualified Cardiologists with clinical vacancies and growth areas while managing the end-to-end recruitment and credentialing lifecycle. You’ll make a meaningful impact by: Network Strategy: Developing and executing the network plan, identifying geographic and specialty gaps and future workforce requirements. Recruitment: Identifying, attracting and securing high-quality Cardiologists.

Onboarding & Integration: Ensuring new doctors have a seamless and successful transition into the business. Practice Growth: Accelerating new doctors' practice development, patient volumes and utilisation. Relationship Management: Building strong, long-term relationships with doctors and supporting their ongoing success. What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within healthcare, hospital networks, or specialized medical/clinical recruitment Familiarity with medical workforce dynamics, specialist medical colleges, or clinical credentialing frameworks is highly desirable Ability to build high-trust partnerships with senior clinicians, medical administrators, and high-demand specialist candidates Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative and diplomatic approach High accuracy in managing compliance documentation, contract workflows, and regulatory checks Ability to manage hard-to-fill clinical sub-specialties and shifting healthcare operational demands We would also love you to have: A mindset of collaboration and continual learning – you seize opportunities to expand your skills and help our team thrive Why Advara HeartCare We’re a values-driven organisation where every person matters.
