Discover Technology & Change at Vanquis: Job Board | Dayforce Jobs How you'll make an impact: You’ll… So that… Design major end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple business domains Technology investments support both current and future business needs Partner with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Business Analysts and Engineering teams Requirements are translated into scalable and deliverable architectural solutions Define architecture standards, documentation, data models and technical designs Delivery teams have clear guidance and governance throughout implementation Drive alignment between business strategy, regulatory requirements and technology solutions Solutions remain compliant, resilient and commercially effective Act as a trusted Salesforce subject matter expert and mentor Teams benefit from best practice, coaching and stronger technical capability Champion sustainable architecture and technical debt management Long-term platform stability, efficiency and value are maintained Why this role matters: Technology & Change is a strategic priority for Vanquis.
