What’s on offer? A step into HR, this is a maternity cover role with a key focus on admin support and organisation for training and staff engagement responsibilities. Supporting the Head of HR, the role goal is to work closely with the Head of HR and Departmental Managers to ensure training and employee engagement stays at the heart of what we do, enhancing employee and guest satisfaction and staff development. Our resort is home to a 15-acre zoo, 4-star hotel with 150 bedrooms to include Viking and Thomas Land themed rooms, conference facilities, restaurants, Europe’s only Thomas Land, 50 rides and growing! Your responsibilities will include and not limited to; Reviewing, designing, updating training content and materials including manuals, presentations, videos and other resources to facilitate effective blended learning.
