Position Overview: Provide SAP IS-U Customer Service application functional support for NA clients and customized Vertex SAP services. Collaborate with the client and NA team members to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deploy solutions. Primary Responsibilities: · Should have working experience in configuration and customization of SAP ISU-CS and/or SAP CRM · Should have knowledge is creation of Transaction Launchers, Navigation Bar configuration, View configuration, IC-Web profile maintenance, Organization structure maintenance, Alert Modeler. · Should have knowledge in FACT sheets and Interaction Center Scripts · Should have functional knowledge of SAP Master Data, SAP ISU-Business Master Data and Technical Master Data · Knowledge of SAP Middleware configuration and trouble shooting · Develops functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete object development and testing · Develops functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete object development and testing Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Bachelor of Science with Masters in Computer Applications · 5+ years SAP experience · SAP experience with ECC 6.0, SAP CRM and/or IS-U CCS utilizing SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java stack technologies · Expert level ABAP, knows key ISU tables within most/all modules, knows integration of modules Desired Skills: · Working in an SAP Utilities environment · Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency with MS Visio, Word and Excel, incident management tools · Conceptual understanding of relational databases and middleware technology · Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud computing · Can work under minimum supervision, good time management and work planning
