Industry Solutions Director - Media and Advertising

Within Endava's TMT segment, our Media & Advertising group combines deep industry expertise with technology capabilities across digital media, content distribution, AI, data and large-scale digital experiences.

We're looking for an experienced Industry Solutions Director to help shape our global Media, Advertising & Entertainment business, developing innovative technology solutions and working with leading organisations to drive digital transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior industry and technology leader who combines deep industry expertise, technical credibility and commercial understanding. You'll act as a trusted adviser to senior clients, shaping complex solutions and helping turn business challenges into meaningful transformation opportunities.

Working closely with Client Partners, Sales, Engineering and Delivery teams, you'll influence our solution strategy, develop go-to-market offerings and strengthen Endava's position within the industry.

Solution Strategy & Capability

• Shape Endava's Media & Advertising solution strategy across digital platforms, content distribution, monetisation and audience engagement.
• Develop innovative, reusable solutions leveraging AI, cloud, data, automation and personalisation.
• Identify industry trends, client challenges and opportunities for new technology offerings.

Pre-Sales & Pursuit Leadership

• Lead the shaping of complex technology and digital transformation solutions, from early client discussions through to commercial proposals.
• Partner with Sales, Architecture and Delivery teams to develop technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
• Support strategic pursuits, solution design, proposals and commercial negotiations.

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across broadcasters, streaming platforms, publishers, advertising organisations and entertainment businesses.
• Lead C-level discussions around digital transformation, AI, data, digital platforms and content monetisation.
• Build strong industry relationships and represent Endava at relevant events and industry forums.

Innovation & Market Relevance

• Explore emerging technologies and identify opportunities to develop innovative solutions for Media & Entertainment clients.
• Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to turn new ideas into scalable, market-ready offerings.
• Stay connected to industry developments and evolving client needs.

Internal Alignment & Influence

• Collaborate with Sales, Client Partners, Technology Practices and Delivery to align solutions with client opportunities.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy, strategic pursuits and capability development.
• Share industry knowledge and promote reusable solutions across teams.
• 12–15+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, digital transformation or industry technology leadership.
• Strong industry knowledge and an established network across Media, Advertising, Broadcasting, Streaming, Publishing or Entertainment.
• Proven experience shaping and selling complex technology solutions or transformation programmes within an IT services or consulting environment.
• Experience in pre-sales, strategic client pursuits and C-level engagement.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of Media & Entertainment technology, including digital platforms, AdTech, content distribution and monetisation.
• Technical credibility across software engineering, cloud, AI, automation and data platforms.
• Ability to combine industry expertise, technical understanding and commercial thinking to shape practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging C-level executives.
• Strategic, collaborative and hands-on approach to solution leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business or a related field.

MSc, MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
