This is a great opportunity to lead and develop a committed, passionate team while growing a business and strengthening its position within the Urology industry. In this role, you’ll lead the growth of our Urology business, deepen our relationships across the industry, and support the development of our Urology team members.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Video Experience, and other teams to ensure we continue meeting the evolving needs of our clients. This fully remote role reports to our co-founder/co-CEO, and candidates are required to reside in the United States. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States. EngagedMD is unable to sponsor current H1B visa holders for this role. What You’ll Do - Drive revenue growth and own commercial goals in Urology - including, but not limited to, increasing market share, customer retention, product utilization and partnerships - Lead a small sales team, including setting the sales and marketing strategy and owning a personal and departmental quota. - Set and execute the operating strategy for the revenue-generating teams in the Urology group, including Sales and Marketing. - Use your industry expertise to inform client relationship building and maintenance, as well as process creation, improvement, and iteration within the group’s revenue-generating teams - Collaborate with key teams at EngagedMD including Marketing, Product, Video Experience and R&D to launch new products and maximize growth within Urology - Lead, grow, and coach both individuals on the Urology team to achieve group and individual goals What You’ll Bring - 10+ years of experience as a sales, customer success, and /or implementation leader - Deep knowledge and network of clinic relationships within the Urology industry - Experience owning a sales goal with the ability to motivate a sales team. - Proven experience launching and scaling new markets or verticals - Proven history of meeting revenue goals and other business objectives - Experience building teams with a passion for providing mentorship, coaching, and development of the team - ability to influence across departments - An ability to model EngagedMD’s core values and action principles - Prior successful experience working remotely with distributed teams - A mission-driven orientation to all you do - Superior written and verbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced organization - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience It’s Also Nice If You… - Have experience working with healthcare SaaS products in particular - Have an understanding of basic financial principles and a business background What We Offer - Competitive compensation and equity - Medical, dental, and vision coverage heavily subsidized by the company - Open Paid Time Off - Paid family and medical leave - Generous paid holidays - 401(k) retirement savings plan EngagedMD is an equal opportunity employer.
