Responsibilities

Role Purpose

StoneX is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), embedded with the Operations team and supporting APAC regional Operations. The role will own delivery of the Operations change portfolio across the combined Derivatives & FX team, Securities and other APAC projects, working closely with the Operations and the Business Development teams. Key Responsibilities

• Your main roles and responsibilities will be as follows, but are not limited to:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across Operations teams in APAC and other projects including regional office projects in co-ordination with global infrastructure teams.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, maintaining detailed plans, RAID logs, and milestone tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across front office, operations, technology, risk, legal, and compliance teams
• Prepare and present steering committee materials, escalating risks, issues, and decisions to senior leadership
• Act as primary point of contact for sponsors, business stakeholders, and vendors, providing clear and timely status reporting
• Resourcing and change management across the APAC portfolio

Skills and Experience

• A good understanding of financial markets workflows in one or more of the following asset classes: Exchange-Traded Derivatives, OTC Derivatives, Wholesale FX, Fixed Income and Equitie
• Familiarity with the Atlassian project management suite (Jira, Confluence
• Effective planning, organisation and time management skills, with high standards of accuracy and deliver
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and the ability to connect with and secure buy-in from stakeholder
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a project management rol
• Desirable: experience with middle or back-office software in Financial Services, co-ordinating exchange or market change and testing, and working across APAC time zones with global teams
