What You'll Do

Responsible for managing and leading a team of territory and area sales professionals to maximize total sales and profitability for a specific area or region. Develops regional plans and participating in strategic and tactical planning. Partners with internal and external leaders to formulate strategic plans and brand specific marketing strategies to drive performance. Executes launch activities and go-to market plans.

Establishes performance criteria and monitoring and providing development for sales force. Manages key business relationship to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Manages internal resources and operating expenses to ensure profitability; ensuring compliance with all Company policies, procedures and practices. Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates. Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and have a company-wide effect.

Typically manages one or more departments of Professional track employees and may have subordinate Supervisors.
