About the role
Enphase is looking for an Oracle WMS Staff Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS/Logfire). In this role, you will own the design, configuration, and delivery of scalable warehousing and logistics solutions that support Enphase's global supply chain operations. You will partner closely with logistics, manufacturing, and IT teams to optimize warehouse processes, drive automation, and ensure seamless integration between WMS and upstream/downstream systems. You will be responsible for ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical warehouse management solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
- •Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle WMS (Logfire) solutions including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, wave planning, task management, and shipping workflows
- •Design and deliver warehouse process optimizations leveraging Oracle WMS Cloud capabilities, RF-based operations, and label/document generation
- •Collaborate with the logistics and manufacturing organizations to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support end-to-end implementation cycles
- •Support manufacturing org implementations by configuring WMS workflows for production staging, kitting, work-order-driven picks, and shop floor material movements
- •Work along with the integration team to review and sign off designs related to WMS implementations
- •Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues across WMS and related logistics applications
- •Define WMS configuration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption
- •Coordinate and execute systems integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and feedback collection for new and existing applications
- •Develop and deliver documentation such as technical design guides, technical briefs, best practices, and training materials
- •Explore and evaluate Oracle Redwood UX capabilities for modernizing warehouse user interfaces and improving user adoption
- •Evaluate and recommend AI-powered enhancements leveraging Oracle AI Agents, OCI Generative AI, and Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio to drive intelligent automation in warehouse operations
- •Ensure adherence to SDLC processes including technical design documentation, testing strategies, and deployment procedures
- •Support incident management, provide on-call support for critical warehouse operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- •Execute and own SOX Controls and work with IA and External Auditors
- Who You Are and What You Bring
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- •5–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle WMS/Logfire product and warehouse management processes
- •Strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, inventory control, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting
- •Practical experience supporting manufacturing organization implementations — configuring WMS for production-driven warehouse workflows, material staging, and shop floor integration
- •Proficiency in Oracle WMS Cloud configuration including facility modeling, task management, wave planning, and RF/mobile operations
- •Ability to review and validate integration designs (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, file-based interfaces) related to WMS implementations
- •Exposure to Oracle Redwood UX design principles and experience modernizing application interfaces (good to have)
- •Exposure to AI Agent frameworks and intelligent automation — Oracle AI Agent Studio, OCI GenAI Agents, or open agentic frameworks (good to have)
- •Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- •Process-focused, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- •Experience working with cross-functional teams across logistics, manufacturing, finance, and IT
- •Proven ability to work independently and remotely with strong self-management skills and a record of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- •A passion for the renewable energy sector
