• Understanding usage of Enthralltech Products (LMS), Documentation viz. Product Manuals, Presentation Preparation
• Scheduling online meetings/training sessions for product users on customer demand / as presales assistance
• Assistance to PM through participation in Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Documentation and Planning
• Any IT Graduate (B.Sc. – IT, BCA, BE (CS), BE (IT), M.Sc., MCA), Post Graduates / MBAs would be preferred.
• Should be good at language (English)
• Should have basic knowledge of development technologies for web and mobile apps and technical architecture
• Should have awareness of data center, server operating systems, networking, cloud technologies, webinar tools
