Solution Architect (React Native / Mobile)

We are looking for a Solution Architect to define and drive the end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale React Native mobile apps, with iOS-first delivery and Android follow-up. You will set technical strategy, guide engineering standards, and align mobile decisions with platform, security, and cloud needs. Responsibilities Own end-to-end mobile architecture and technical strategy for iOS-first delivery and Android rollout Define engineering standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines for the mobile team Design security, scalability, and integration approaches across authentication, CMS, and personalization features Lead architecture reviews and drive technical decision-making across stakeholders Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Define technical roadmaps and align architecture decisions with delivery priorities Evaluate tools, libraries, and frameworks to support long-term maintainability and scale Mentor engineers and reinforce adoption of engineering best practices and standards Produce architecture diagrams, integration flows, and technical documentation Identify risks, dependencies, and technical debt and drive mitigation strategies Support CI/CD strategy and release management for mobile applications Requirements 7+ years architecture/engineering experience in mobile or cross-platform delivery Proven solution architecture leadership for enterprise-scale applications Strong technical leadership skills to drive standards, reviews, and decisions Mobile architecture expertise across iOS and Android constraints and patterns React Native and Expo experience building and scaling production apps TypeScript expertise within the modern JavaScript ecosystem Cloud services experience with Amazon Web Services or equivalent platforms API integration skills across secure, scalable backend architectures Okta authentication experience designing secure identity and access flows Headless CMS integration experience with Contentstack or similar tools CI/CD knowledge for mobile release management and pipeline design Strong communication skills to translate requirements into actionable solutions English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate Nice to have Android SDK knowledge for native module integration CI/CD experience for mobile build and release workflows Cloud platforms experience beyond core services and infrastructure Okta Customer Identity experience TypeScript experience in large-scale mobile codebases [GTS] Benefits (generic, except India) International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
