Lead ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a ServiceNow IRM Technical Lead to own an IRM workstream from requirements to release. You stay hands-on in ServiceNow configuration and development while leading client workshops, shaping solution design, and guiding the delivery team. Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration and development of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) including policy and compliance and risk management Facilitate requirement workshops with client stakeholders and translate risk needs into technical backlog and solution design Own end-to-end delivery across workflows, data model, scripting and integrations Define integration approach and ensure alignment with broader platform and stabilisation priorities Provide technical leadership through standards, estimates, reviews and mentoring for the delivery team Contribute to current-state assessment and recommendations for an applications portfolio Partner with delivery and client teams to plan releases, manage dependencies and reduce delivery risk Requirements ServiceNow IRM (GRC) delivery with hands-on configuration and development ownership ServiceNow platform capability across flows and workflows, data model, scripting and integrations Requirement leadership with demonstrated ability to run stakeholder discussions independently Solution design experience translating business risk needs into scalable platform patterns Technical leadership with a track record of guiding team delivery quality and consistency Nice to have Experience in financial services, credit bureau or regulated data environments ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC) Australia By choosing EPAM, you're getting a job at Great Place To Work-Certified™ in 2024 , Glassdoor’s Top 100 Best Places to Work in 2023 & one of Most Loved Workplace, as recognized by Newsweek , 2021 - 2023.
