Lead Business Analyst - Multiple Domains

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong background across multiple industry domains to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, driving requirements elicitation, process optimization, and solution definition. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in business analysis practices, along with exposure to AI-assisted ways of working that enhance productivity and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities Lead elicitation and documentation activities across complex business initiatives Oversee requirement management and workflow processes end-to-end Conduct As-Is discovery, define To-Be states, and drive Business Process Management (BPM) efforts Leverage AI tools to enhance BA/PO activities as an AI-assisted and AI-enabled Business Analyst Develop agents to support day-to-day BA/PO activities, where applicable, as an added advantage Manage stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure alignment Act as the bridge between Business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle Own both Functional and Non-Functional Requirements across engagements Handle Technical Requirements and contribute to solutioning discussions Requirements 10-15 years of experience in Business Analysis Expertise in Agile methodologies and requirement gathering practices Proficiency in authoring BRDs, FRDs, and Business Requirements Definition and Documentation Skills in requirements analysis and stakeholder management Knowledge of multiple domains such as Retail, BFSI, E-Commerce, P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, Oil & Gas, Health Care, Lifesciences, SCM, Manufacturing, ERP, and Energy Trading Familiarity with AI-assisted BA/PO ways of working Capability to bridge business and technology stakeholders effectively English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher Nice to have Showcase of developing AI agents to support day-to-day BA/PO activities Background in BPM and process optimization initiatives Understanding of technical solutioning in cross-functional environments India Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package: Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
