Lead SAP FICO RE_FX Consultant

We are seeking a Lead SAP FICO RE_FX Consultant to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions, with a focus on real estate management and financial accounting processes across global project environments. Responsibilities Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions across RE-FX, FI, and CO modules Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis to identify suitable solutions Recommend SAP best-practice solutions aligned with business needs Prepare functional specifications and support enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows Support Lease Contract Management and Lease Accounting (IFRS16/ASC842) processes Ensure integration between RE-FX, FI/CO, MM, Procurement, Tax, and Asset Accounting Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, and deployment activities Conduct SIT/UAT testing and provide support to business users Support data migration and validation activities Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities Provide post-go-live support and user training Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support adoption of SAP standard and fit-to-standard practices Requirements 9-12 years of overall experience in IT, with 9+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO and strong exposure to SAP RE-FX Background in Lease Accounting implementations (IFRS16/ASC842) Knowledge of FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO processes Experience across end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, including configuration, testing, migration, and deployment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills India Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package: Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
