Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise ERP solutions that enable scalable, efficient, and secure business operations. The ideal candidate will leverage Dynamics 365 and AX platforms, functional and technical expertise, and best practices to improve system performance, process efficiency, and service delivery across enterprise environments. Work schedule: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET / 11 AM- 7 PM (CEST).

Please note that working from the office 3 days per week is required. Responsibilities Design and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX solutions across functional and technical modules Develop configurations and customizations that improve business process automation, reporting, and operational support Implement ERP deployment standards, data integrity controls, and governance practices across environments Automate business workflows, integrations, and reporting using Dynamics 365 tools and related technologies Support business and technical teams by enabling efficient deployment and upgrade processes Maintain system documentation and ensure adherence to configuration management standards Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, integration failures, and configuration problems Evaluate emerging ERP technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business efficiency and system reliability Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and architecture teams to implement standardized ERP solutions Document ERP solutions, deployment procedures, architectural standards, and support processes Analyze system performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Contribute to ERP modernization initiatives, migration efforts, and best practice development Requirements 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX consulting, implementation, or support Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics AX, and related ERP modules Proficiency in ERP configuration, customization, and integration across enterprise environments Knowledge of business process design, data management, and reporting within Dynamics 365/AX Background in ERP upgrades, migrations, and deployment best practices Familiarity with system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across ERP environments Understanding of change management, operational resiliency, and governance processes within ERP systems Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work effectively in fast-paced environments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams Georgia (Production) We connect like-minded people Delivering innovative solutions to industry leaders, making a global impact Enjoyable working environment, whether it is the vibrant office or the comfort of your own home Opportunity to work abroad for up to two months per year Relocation opportunities within our offices in 55+ countries Corporate and social events We invest in your growth Leadership development, career advising, soft skills and well-being programs Certifications, including GCP, Azure and AWS Unlimited access to EPAM's internal learning database Free English classes with certified teachers We cover it all Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Monetary bonuses for engaging in the referral program Comprehensive medical & family care package Five trust days per year (sick leave without a medical certificate) Benefits package (sports activities, a variety of stores and services)
