Data Analyst

We're looking to add a hands-on Data Analyst to our team. This position involves contributing to data analysis, data profiling, and data mapping efforts, all geared toward generating reliable and actionable business intelligence results. You'll also be responsible for creating mockups and wireframes supporting BI reports and dashboards, which helps collect stakeholder feedback and drive iterative improvements Responsibilities Develop, prototype, and roll out business intelligence reports and dashboards using Tableau Work alongside data engineers and architects to understand and effectively utilize data models housed in Snowflake Build and refine BI reports to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver insights that drive action Create mockups and wireframes for BI reports and dashboards, enabling stakeholder input and supporting iterative design processes Conduct data profiling and mapping tasks to safeguard accuracy and dependability across reporting outputs Record and track potential areas for improvement within reporting, analytics, and visualization approaches Collaborate regularly with stakeholders to adjust and enhance BI solutions in response to ongoing feedback Requirements A minimum of 2 years of hands-on, relevant professional experience Experience building data mapping solutions that ensure consistent, accurate data flow between systems Proficient in Python, used for supporting data analysis and automation efforts Strong SQL skills for querying and handling data across multiple systems Practical background using Salesforce Tableau and Salesforce Tableau Desktop to build and oversee BI reports and dashboards Upper-intermediate English language skills or higher (C1) Nice to have Experience with Snowflake, used to access and work with data models hosted in the cloud Familiarity with Tableau Prep for cleaning and readying data before analysis and reporting work begins [GTS] Benefits (generic, except India) International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
