End-to-End Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End (E2E) Test Manager to lead and coordinate comprehensive testing efforts across integrated systems and business processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong test management expertise, hands-on Agile experience, and the ability to effectively engage with third-party vendors and stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop and own the overall E2E test strategy and test plans covering functional, integration, and regression testing Define test scope, objectives, entry/exit criteria, and success metrics Identify test dependencies across systems, teams, and third-party integrations Oversee and manage end-to-end test execution across multiple workstreams Track test progress, defects, and risks; report status to stakeholders and leadership Coordinate test cycles, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing phases Manage test environments and data requirements in collaboration with technical teams Operate effectively within Agile/Scrum frameworks, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives Ensure testing activities are integrated into sprint cycles and aligned with iterative delivery timelines Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle Act as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors and partners involved in testing activities Coordinate testing schedules, deliverables, and issue resolution with external parties Manage relationships and ensure alignment between internal teams and third-party providers Apply working knowledge of Coupa to inform test scenarios related to procurement processes Validate procurement workflows, integrations, and business rules within the Coupa platform Collaborate with functional teams to ensure Coupa-related requirements are adequately tested Requirements 10+ years of proven experience as a Test Manager, ideally with E2E testing scope across multiple systems Strong background in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) Demonstrated experience in test planning, execution, and defect management Experience engaging and managing third-party vendors/partners in a testing capacity Working knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level) Nice to have Relevant certifications (ISTQB, Agile/Scrum certifications) Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira) Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance-related system implementations Poland (Prod- A3/B track) We gather like-minded people: Top tech minds driving innovation in AI, cloud and digital platform modernization Supportive team and agile, startup-like culture Hybrid by design mode and opportunity to work remotely within Poland Chance to work abroad for up to 60 days annually Business-driven relocation opportunities We provide growth opportunities: Career development programs Thought leadership, mentoring, soft skills and well-being programs Certification (Anthropic, Gemini, GCP, Azure, AWS) English classes We cover it all: Stable pay Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discount Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers) Referral bonuses up to $2,000 Offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, coffee and more Corporate, social and well-being events Please, note: Benefits listed above are available to employees only We are open for working with Contractors.
