Product Manager - AI Content Framework

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Product Manager for AI & Agentic Products to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-driven product portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and our advanced AI engineering team. You must possess a deep understanding of business domains alongside a strong technical grounding in Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agent workflows.

Working closely with our AI Development Lead, you will translate high-level business requirements into granular user stories, actively participate in building Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and ensure the engineering team is building AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders, domain experts, and end-users to discover, define, and document comprehensive business requirements Evaluate business problems through an AI lens—determining whether a problem is best solved via deterministic software, traditional ML, or generative AI/agentic workflows Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap, balancing short-term business wins with long-term technical architecture sustainability Partner with the AI Development Lead to deconstruct high-level product features into comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Write highly descriptive, value-driven Epics and User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria that account for the non-deterministic nature of AI outputs Own, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on ROI, user impact, and technical dependencies defined by the engineering lead Translate complex business rules and industry domain knowledge into logic that AI engineers can use to build agent prompts, tools, and cognitive routing Work with the engineering team to define what success looks like for AI agents, helping establish performance benchmarks, evaluation datasets, and user feedback loops Actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, acting as the ultimate voice of the customer Requirements 10-15 years of experience in Product Management, including defining Product Vision and owning the Product Roadmap Expertise in Agile or SAFe frameworks, with extensive experience working as a Product Owner in Scrum or Kanban environments Understanding of AI Solutions, AI Content Framework, and AI Risk Management Knowledge of Generative AI, LLM capabilities (e.g., Google Gemini ecosystem), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Familiarity with function calling and multi-agent orchestration concepts (no coding required, but strong conceptual grasp is essential) Proven ability to map business processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and quantify the ROI of automation features Capability to manage product lifecycles for non-deterministic software where AI outputs are not always 100% predictable Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps Showcase of breaking down complex enterprise requirements into logical, incremental software delivery phases using an MVP approach Exceptional ability to explain technical AI constraints to business users and business nuances to technical engineers English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher Nice to have Prior experience acting as a Product Owner or Product Manager for data science, machine learning, or generative AI products Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) designation Background in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis with a later specialization in AI/ML products India Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package: Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
