About Equals

Equals is the next-generation global money movement platform built for exceptional businesses operating across borders. About the role

We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Group Finance team in London. You'll be a hands-on part of the month-end close across several group companies, and the role goes beyond transactional processing: you'll own the monthly white-label commissions process, contribute directly to the management accounts and analyse the numbers behind them, so the business understands what's driving performance.

You'll also be responsible for bank postings at journal level, and we want you to make that work smarter. A large part of this role is spotting manual, repetitive processes and automating them, using NetSuite, Excel and AI tools. If you've already driven changes like this, we'd love to hear about it.

This role suits someone with solid finance experience who is studying for ACCA (or is ready to start) and wants a role that grows with them as they progress. Your work will be reviewed and approved by your line manager, and you'll work closely with the Data, Treasury, Operations and European finance teams, as well as the Financial and Internal Reporting teams.
