Investment Manager

• We have partnered exclusively with a Private Equity fund to appoint an Investment Manager. The successful candidate will play a central role in the
• identification, evaluation, execution and management of investments across the
• firm's target sectors. Working closely with Partners and portfolio company
• management teams, the individual will take ownership of transaction
• workstreams, support strategic initiatives across the portfolio and contribute
• to the firm's investment origination activities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and execute new investment
• opportunities.
• Lead financial analysis, valuation and due
• diligence processes.
• Prepare investment committee materials and
• transaction recommendations.
• Manage advisers and counterparties through
• transaction execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support
• value creation programmes.
• Develop and maintain relationships across the
• Irish corporate finance and advisory community.
• Contribute to investment origination and
• sector thematic research.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years' experience in private equity,
• investment banking, corporate finance or transaction advisory.
• Outstanding financial modelling, analytical
• and valuation capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience executing M&A or
• principal investment transactions.
• Strong commercial judgement and intellectual
• curiosity.
• Excellent communication and relationship
• management skills.
• Ambitious, self-motivated and capable of
• operating in a high-performance environment.
