We are

looking for our next team member who will be joining us as a Talent HR Project Coordinator in "Alternance" for a 12 or 24 months period or for a 6 months Internship

looking for a bilingual Talent HR Project Coordinator in French and English to work in

our Paris Office with our HR team based in Switzerland.

Your

• main responsibilities:
• Opportunity to assist the HR Manager
• on the full scope of HR activities.
• Support the talent acquisition in
• sourcing the best talents in Financial services Worlwide.
• Participate to HR development
• project such as onboarding & career plan.
• Implementation of HR processes and
• systems.

You will be given ownership of

dedicated projects and the space to start your own initiatives to completion

with the support of the managers & the team.

What

experience and background we are looking for:

Fluent

in French & English is mandatory

Studying

for a MSc qualification in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or MBA with HR

concentration

ability and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment
