HR Data Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Data Coordinator to help maintain the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee records across The Brook. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind HR data management, personnel transactions, reporting, audits, and recordkeeping, ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and accurately.

What You'll Do

• Process employee personnel actions, including hires, rehires, transfers, promotions, status changes, compensation changes, and terminations
• Audit employee records, personnel transactions, and payroll-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain HR records, personnel files, and data integrity across multiple systems
• Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports
• Reconcile HR-related invoices and support reporting and compliance initiatives
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and department leaders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and special projects

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Compliance, Data Management, or a related administrative field
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and solve problems proactively
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience with HR systems, personnel transactions, and employee data preferred
