Global Marketing Platform Leader (W/M)

Join EUROAPI as Global Platform Leader and take end-to-end ownership of the strategy, growth, and profitability of one of EUROAPI’s key Product & Services Platforms.

Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, marketing, business development, operations, and innovation. As a senior leader and trusted partner to executive stakeholders, you will shape the portfolio, influence investment decisions, and convert market opportunities into sustainable, profitable growth.

Your Impact

• With a global scope and significant strategic influence, you will lead profitable, sustainable growth across four priorities:
• Set and Deliver the Platform Strategy
• Define and lead the long-term platform roadmap, informed by customer needs, market trends, technology, and competition.
• Sponsor robust business cases for product launches, technology investments, and portfolio expansion.
• Champion partnerships, external innovation, and collaborations that strengthen the platform.

Optimize Portfolio Performance

• Own product lifecycle and platform profitability performance.
• Set cross-functional priorities across manufacturing, R&D, commercial, and supply chain.
• Steer executive decisions on investment, process improvement, and portfolio rationalization.

Accelerate Commercial Growth

• Set pricing and margin, volume, and allocation strategies to maximize value.
• Mobilize regional commercial teams to capture opportunities across catalog APIs and custom manufacturing projects (CMO/CDMO).
• Lead strategic customer engagements and support high-value contract negotiations.
• Train Sales & Business Development Teams on the commercial strategy
• Build a Compelling Market Value Proposition
• Define differentiated positioning, marketing messaging, and value propositions.
• Create sales tools and customer-facing content; contribute to campaigns, industry events, and scientific conferences.
• Act as the platform ambassador, sharing expertise and market insight internally and externally.

About You

You are an experienced leader who combines strategic vision, strong marketing and commercial judgment, and the ability to translate complex opportunities into measurable business results.

You bring

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across marketing, sales, business development, manufacturing, or strategy in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, CMO/CDMO models, pharmaceutical supply chains, and market dynamics.
• Proven success in developing business cases, portfolio strategies, pricing models, and growth plans.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including P&L and profitability management.
• A strong record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Executive-level communication, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on execution mindset.
• Ability to act in a cross functional environment between R&D, IO & Sales, with senior leadership
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
