Technical Lead - Full stack

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead - Full stack to join our dynamic team in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, Sri Lanka. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our cutting-edge software solutions, leading a team of talented developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Architect, design, and implement scalable full stack applications

Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategies

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment

Establish best practices for coding, testing, and documentation

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Optimize application performance and ensure high availability

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Participate in technical decision-making processes and contribute to product roadmap discussions

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in full stack development

2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular

Expertise in back-end development using languages like Python, Java, or Node.js

Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies

Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Experience in architecting and designing scalable, high-performance applications

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Knowledge of security best practices in software development

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus
