Reporting & Resource Management Lead

Detailed JD –

• Lead the analytics and reporting function, delivering business reviews, performance and financial reports, and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Translate business and operational data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Automate end-to-end reporting workflows using SQL, Python and automation/scheduling tools to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.
• Streamline and centralize data into a data warehouse, with working knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Apply AI and GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, Copilot) to accelerate analysis, automate insight generation and enable self-service reporting.
• Proven experience leading analytics teams and managing stakeholders, with a strong focus on process improvement.
