- Write Suitable & strong contentions to be presented in the Arbitration forum
- Analyze evidence (expert reports, statements, photographs, etc.)
- Evaluate facts of loss, which may be both explicit or inferred
- Use judgment skills to review the available documents for subrogation
- Ensure all required evidence & documents are available
- Identify and upload supporting documentation before moving the case to Arbitration queue Create cogent arguments through superior written skills and logical inductions
- Create scene diagrams to maximize the appeal of your case
- Submit cases online via the Arbitration Forums website
- 12 - 18 months in legal document reviews, contract writing or reviews
