- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support claims adjudication processes, payment workflows, and benefit configurations.
- Develop reports, queries, and data extracts for operational and business reporting.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders during project implementation.
- Lead data analysis, design dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, ensure actionable insights delivery.
- Configure, customize, and maintain QNXT modules including Claims, Benefits, Providers, Membership, and Eligibility.
- Develop and support QNXT enhancements, custom workflows, and business rules.
- Design and implement integrations between QNXT and external systems using EDI, APIs, and healthcare data standards.
