We are seeking a SAP Fieldglass Expert (Band B1) to support and manage contingent workforce and services procurement processes through the SAP Fieldglass platform. The role involves system administration, vendor coordination, reporting, user support, and ensuring compliance with workforce management policies.
Manage and monitor requisitions (job requests) in SAP Fieldglass.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand resource requirements.
Engage and manage vendor/supplier partners for candidate sourcing.
Review, screen, and track candidate submissions.
Ensure SLA adherence for profile turnaround and submissions.
Maintain requisition trackers and status reporting.
Facilitate interview scheduling and feedback tracking.
Handle onboarding, work orders, extensions, and offboarding activities.
Ensure compliance with client policies, labor regulations, and documentation requirements.
Generate reports and dashboards on requisition status, vendor performance, fill rates, and hiring metrics.
Drive process improvements to improve submission quality and win rates.
