"Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Commercial Insurance data, analytics, reporting and dashboard implementation projects.
- Drive client workshops to clarify business objectives, KPIs, measures, dashboard requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Apply insurance domain knowledge across policy, premium, claims, underwriting, reinsurance and portfolio performance discussions.
- Translate business requirements into clear, implementable outcomes in collaboration with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, BI Developers and Architects.
- Understand the solution landscape, including SQL, data pipelines, data models, backend architecture and BI/reporting layers.
- Assess technical challenges and dependencies raised by the team and communicate their delivery and business impact to stakeholders.
- Own project plans, milestones, resources, RAID items, dependencies, UAT, production readiness and stakeholder sign-off.
- Delegate work across the delivery team, track progress and maintain
