The Opportunity

We are looking for an Senior SAP Commissions Solution Architect (Callidus Cloud Finance) to join the EY GDS Team. As part of our EY GDS – TechOps team, you will be responsible for providing functional support for SAP Commissions in Life Insurance domain handling commissions and compensations across various regions for our global clients. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize design to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
• 6-7 Years of experience required in one or more areas within SAP Commissions (Finance Life Insurance Background) preferably with Global client.
• Lead architecture and delivery of SAP Commissions (Callidus Cloud) solutions for Life Insurance commission and incentive calculations. (Commissions and Compensations)
• Design end-to-end commission and finance integration processes.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA RISE transformation initiatives and SAP Finance integration.
• Partner with business, actuarial, finance and operations stakeholders.
• Provide solution governance, design reviews and production support leadership.
• Mentor teams and establish solution standards.
• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Ideally, you’ll also have following Skillset

Well versed with FICO module – In Insurance domain with Commissions and Compensations.

With the criteria below

• 10+ years of SAP experience with 7+ years in SAP Commissions/Callidus Cloud.
• Strong expertise in commission calculations, incentive compensation and reconciliation.
• Deep SAP Finance background (FI/CO, GL, AP, AR).
• Architect-level experience in SAP Commissions and SAP S/4HANA on RISE.
• Experience integrating SAP Commissions with S/4HANA and enterprise platforms.
• Mandatory Life Insurance industry experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD, HR, PP and PM.
• SAP Certification in SAP FICO is added advantage.

What will you do

Provide day-to-day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management and problem management as Level 2 or 3 Application Management Specialist

Lead and Coordinate the Resolution of Complex Technical issues and System Outages including root cause analysis and corrective action.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs and provide advice on SAP Finance - Commissions solutions and designs.

Develop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides and test scripts.

Mentor and train junior SAP FICO Team Members, sharing best practices and providing guidance on issues and troubleshooting techniques.

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation

Participate in on-call rotation and provide off hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.

Available to work on shift hours depending on the requirement of the client (AUSTRALIA, ASIA, Europe and AMERICAS hours)
