EY GDS Poland is seeking an Identity & Endpoint Management Architect with deep expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender, endpoint security, and enterprise device management. Experienced in designing and delivering large-scale identity transformations, modern workplace programs, cloud adoption, hybrid infrastructure modernization, and endpoint management solutions across global enterprise environments.

The opportunity

We are looking for professionals with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Identity & Endpoint Management to join our Microsoft AI Business Solutions team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading global organization, contribute to complex transformation and modernization initiatives, and play a key role in shaping and growing our modern workplace and integration service offerings.

Your key responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise Identity and Endpoint Management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft security technologies.
• Lead identity modernization and endpoint transformation initiatives across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Architect and implement SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions.
• Define and govern endpoint management services including Intune, MDM, MAM, Windows Autopilot, and device compliance.
• Support migrations from SCCM/MECM and traditional management models to modern cloud-managed environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define architecture, standards, and roadmap
• Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance throughout project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Skills and attributes for success

• 6-12 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Management, or Modern Workplace solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Hybrid Identity, and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Identity and Endpoint Management architectures.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Governance, and endpoint security.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM, Co-Management, Windows Autopilot, and Windows 10/11 Modern Management.
• Ability to define standards, governance models, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and work independently in complex environments.
• To qualify for the role, you must have
• Expertise in Active Directory (AD DS), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid Identity, Entra Connect Sync, ADFS, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, MDM, MAM, Windows Autopilot, and Device Compliance.
• Experience implementing Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, Identity Governance, and Zero Trust security controls.
• Knowledge of SCCM/MECM, Patch Management, Software Distribution, OS Deployment (OSD), and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security solutions.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise architecture and transformation programs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ideally, you’ll also have
• Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Purview, and broader Microsoft Security experience.
• Experience with Entra Suite and advanced identity governance capabilities.
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Identity, Security, Endpoint Management, or Azure.
• Experience supporting large-scale migrations, tenant consolidations, or workplace transformation initiatives.
• Readiness to participate in MS DYNAMICS 365 Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new MS DYNAMICS 365 solutions that may enhance the Design and enforce governance, compliance, and security frameworks aligned
• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and document the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.
