Are you ready to shape the future with confidence?
Whether you’re graduating soon, have recently graduated, or are starting out in your consulting career, you won’t just find opportunities here. You will help organisations transform how they run their business on world-class enterprise platforms.
The opportunity: Kick-start your career in EY Platforms
Consulting at EY goes beyond what many people traditionally associate with a Big 4 firm. As part of our Platforms team within Technology Consulting, you’ll help organisations design, implement and optimise the enterprise platforms that run their business – from finance and supply chain to people and customers – using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
At EY, your career in Platforms starts with real impact from day one. You’ll have the opportunity to build a career as unique as you are, supported by EY’s global scale, inclusive culture and our global alliances with SAP and Microsoft. From your first day, you’ll be encouraged to bring your ideas, curiosity and problem-solving mindset to help clients redesign processes, implement leading ERP, HR and CRM solutions and unlock the value of embedded AI.
If you’re motivated, eager to learn and excited about helping clients get the most out of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365, we’d love to hear from you.
What’s in it for you
From day one, you’ll work on real client implementations as part of teams delivering SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
You’ll take part in workshops, solution design, configuration, testing and go-live, seeing the impact of your work firsthand from the start of your career.
You’ll work across different industries – including the public sector, financial services, shipping, telecoms, retail and distribution – gaining exposure to the full implementation lifecycle: business process analysis, system configuration, data migration, integration, testing, training and post-go-live support.
You’ll build practical consulting experience in how organisations select, implement and adopt enterprise platforms.Supported by experienced teams and continuous learning, you’ll quickly develop the functional, technical and consulting skills needed to become a trusted SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant.
You’ll combine real client work with structured development, building your consulting and platform skills.
You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise through specialised learning paths, official SAP and Microsoft certifications and hands-on project experience in your chosen platform and domain.
Our approach combines work and structured learning, including classroom sessions, online training and self‑study. Balancing study with project work can be challenging, but you’ll be supported throughout. You’ll learn alongside your cohort, building strong relationships, while experienced teams guide you at every step.

We don’t just implement platforms. We operate at the intersection of technology, people and processes, offering end-to-end transformation services – from process transformation, to platform implementation, to people change management.
