Saint Louis, MI +1 In person Internship

Description

The Development Intern – Marketing is an unpaid internship opportunity designed to provide students with hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising, marketing, communications, and community engagement. Interns will gain practical skills through mentorship, professional development, and collaboration with experienced team members while supporting Agency's mission. Students seeking academic credit may be able to coordinate internship requirements with their educational institution. Interested students may choose to participate in other activities such as Chamber of Commerce events or other tabling opportunities, or serve as part of the Rocket Ball planning committee.

The Development Intern - Marketing will report to the Mission Communications Manager. They will meet weekly for supervision to assign and discuss tasks, develop long-term career goals, and ensure the completion of any school-related documentation and assignments as applicable. If completing an internship for school credit, the Development Intern (Marketing) may be responsible for completion of a Capstone project or other final deliverable; this project will be approved and reviewed by the Mission Communications Manager.

The Development Intern - Marketing will be included and invited to all-staff events, celebrations, and special training programs.
