Senior FP&A Analyst

London, United Kingdom Hybrid Full-time

๐Ÿ’ฐ Up to ยฃ95k depending on experience ๐Ÿ“ Salary based on London. Hybrid, with flexible hours. Fanvue is one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We're an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $200m+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide.

Close, audit, tax and payments operations are already covered by the finance team. What has not been built yet is planning. This role exists to make planning a discipline the leadership team uses every week: a forecast budget owners trust, and unit economics that change decisions. ๐ŸŽฏ THE ROLE We're hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst/Senior Commercial Analyst to build and own Fanvue's company model, forecasting and commercial analysis, reporting to our VP Finance.

This is hands-on. You will build the driver-based model the executive team and board run the business on, turn creator, fan and payments data into unit economics people act on, and partner directly with budget owners across the business. It suits someone who has built models from scratch, pulls their own data, and can put a number on every outcome they claim. This is not a reporting role. Someone strong on reporting but weak on building models is the wrong hire here, however polished. ๐Ÿš€ WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and own the company model: a driver-based forecast with base, upside and downside cases that leadership and the board use - Forecast GMV and net revenue from the real drivers: creators, paying fans, spend per fan, cohorts, seasonality and take rate - Run the budget and monthly reforecast, and explain variances in terms budget owners can act on - Analyse unit economics, cohorts, pricing and margin, and use that analysis to change pricing and deal decisions - Partner with department heads on spend, bringing data and options rather than simply saying no - Pull your own data with SQL, reconcile it back to the ledger, and automate reporting so it runs without you - Bring AI tools into the planning and reporting workflow - Own monthly investor reporting and contribute to board packs and fundraising data rooms ๐Ÿ‘€ WHO YOU ARE - You have built a driver-based forecast or company model from scratch, and can walk through every driver in it - You have done analysis that changed a pricing, deal or spending decision, and you know the numbers before and after - You write SQL and are comfortable in a BI tool.

You do not wait for someone else to hand you the data - You have run budget reviews with department heads and are trusted by them - Experience in a two-sided marketplace, payments, subscription or e-commerce business - A scale-up background, ideally having built something from scratch in ambiguity and chosen that stage Nice to have - Experience in the creator economy or a high-risk payments category - Exposure to a fundraise or a data room - Reporting pipelines automated end to end - Background in STEM โœจ YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF - You want to build the planning function rather than maintain a model someone else designed - You would rather pull the data yourself than wait for it - You like being in the room when the decision is made, not reporting on it afterwards - You are comfortable telling a department head the number does not support the spend, and then helping them find a way that does โš ๏ธ YOU'LL STRUGGLE HERE IF - You see FP&A as reporting, and want a finished model to maintain - You need an ERP or established planning tools in place before you can start - You prefer to police budgets rather than partner with the people who own them ๐ŸŒ WHY JOIN FANVUE? - Sunday Times Best Places to Work, two years running.

We don't just say we have great culture, we prove it - Build planning from the ground up at a company growing this fast - Direct exposure to leadership, the board and investor reporting - Fanvue supports hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans globally. The problems you solve here are real and immediate - Series A momentum: triple-digit growth means the work you do now sets the standard for years - Unlimited holiday - Hybrid working, with flexible hours according to when you work best - Salary reviews every six months, we don't wait for annual cycles to recognise your growth - Budget for growth and wellbeing, plus support with upskilling and development costs - A culture built on innovation, speed, excellence, ownership and transparency โญ FANVUE IS FOR EVERYONE We know that diverse teams build better products.

Even if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. Potential, mindset, and ambition matter just as much as experience.
